As a Program Operations Officer, Kristina designs and leads our Bush Fellowship Program, in partnership with grantmaking officers and directors. At every step of our processes, she works to ensure simple, supportive and equitable experiences for our applicants, grantees and partners. She loves working with programs that help to support extraordinary leaders make large scale changes in our region.
Kristina joined the Bush Foundation in 2012. Prior to her current role, she managed the Foundation’s leadership programs.
Kristina started her career in Washington, D.C. working for the United States Senate office, where she advocated for the communities in North Dakota. In her free time, she enjoys home renovation projects, backyard barbeques, and exploring new state parks with her family and dog.
