Minneapolis, MN — Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid will coordinate legal representation for households facing eviction and provide referrals to RentHelpMN, the federally funded rental assistance program. Renters include households with low incomes from BIPOC and/or rural communities in all counties that are unable to afford legal representation, are ineligible, and/or have not applied for rental assistance. The project responds to the eviction crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and will reduce rates of eviction.
